Q. What do we do with parking passes, electronic key cards and condo keys?
A. PLEASE LEAVE PARKING PASSES AND KEY CARDS IN THE ROOM FOR THE NEXT GUEST. RETURN CONDO KEYS TO THE KEY SAFE.

Q. Do we need to bring linens?
A. Yes, you will need to bring sheets and towels. There are 2 full size beds in the bedroom and a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Q. What time can we check in and check out?
A. Check in is 3:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am EST.

Q. What is the tax rate applied to my reservation?
A. South Carolina tax is currently 13%

Q. How much is my initial payment?
A. 50% deposit is required to hold all reservations. We will mail a rental agreement for you to sign and return with your personal check within 10 days. Reservations that are not confirmed by a payment and signed lease within 10 days will be canceled. Please call or email us in case of a delay.

Q. When is my final payment due?
A. The unpaid balance is due 30 days prior to check-in. Personal checks are not accepted within 30 days of arrival.

Q. What is your refund policy?
A. A fee of 20% will be deducted for cancellations outside of 30 days of check-in. No refunds for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

Q. Where is the nearest Medical Facility?
A. The nearest facility is within 3 miles of your vacation rental. 843-692-1000

Q. Where are you located?
A.We are located at 2001 South Ocean Blvd, Myrtle Beach SC 29577.

Q. Do you allow pets?
A. Sorry, the building does not allow pets. We have provided boarding information on our Attractions and Amenities page.

Q. Does the resort allow trailers during Bike Weeks?
A. Yes, there is parking available for bike trailers across the street from the resort.

Q. Where is the closest Airport?
A. Myrtle Beach Airport ( MYR ) is 3 miles from your rental unit. 843-448-1589

Q. Do you have information about the area available?
A. Please visit our Attractions & Amenities page for great places and things to do.

Q. Any waterparks in the area?
A. Yes, several are within 10 minutes from Bluewater Resort.

Q. What is the closest Golf Course?
A. Myrtle Beach is home to over 120 courses, please see our Attractions and Amenities page for useful links to golf sites and maps.

Q. Are any of the beaches handicapped accessible?
A. Yes. There is a handicapped accessible ramp available adjacent to the property at Hurl Rocks park.

Q. Can I make a reservation online?
A. Yes, just submit all your information on the Rates page and email us and we will take care of the rest.

Q. What kind of payment do you accept?
A. We accept personal checks, money orders and certified checks. For credit card payments use the " Pay Now" button on the rates page.

Q. Do you require a security deposit?
A. Yes, we require $150.00 deposit that is fully refundable after the unit is inspected and inventory taken.

Q. How do we get/return keys?
A. We will provide all key information when your reservation is confirmed.

Q. Can we get extra keys?
A. Yes, if more than one set of keys is needed please let us know before arriving for your vacation.

Q. Can we call home?
A. Our phone is only set up to make/accept local calls. However, phone cards utilizing a 1-800 dialing prefix will work. The phone # is (843) 626-9539

Q. Does your unit have access to Internet?
A. Unit includes free in room Wi-fi.

Q. Does the area have attractions for kids?
A. Yes, several great locations for kids including The Ripken Experience, Nascar park, Water theme parks, Family Kingdom, miniature golf and much, much, more. See our Area attractions and amenities page for more information

Q. Do you do weekend or nightly rentals?
A. Occasionally, if the unit is not booked 5 days before your desired dates. There is however, a 3 night minimum and $50.00 cleaning fee. Rates vary. Please e-mail or call for specific details.

Q. Is there shopping in the area?
A. Yes, some of the best shopping around, you are just around the corner from Broadway at the Beach and several malls. See our Area attractions and amenities page for more information on area shopping and malls.

Q. How do we dispose of trash during our stay and before leaving?
A. You can leave the trash right outside of the door by the silver trash can by the elevator or if you go down the hall you will see signs for " Trash chute". Please dispose of all trash before leaving.

Q. Do we leave the air conditioning running when we leave?
A. Please leave both units set to "Low Cool" with the temperature set on Medium Cold.
